    Description

OK, due to yet another flaky, non-paying bidder, I am relisting this great truck.  For those who just want to play on the keyboard but have no money to pay or for whatever reason just want to mess with sellers, please stay away.  Don't waste my time and ruin it for the other bidders.
This is an all steel body, very nice driver quality F1 pickup.  I have put a link to a video on the truck below and suggest you watch it if you are interested in bidding.  The paint is not great.  It is an amateur (me) respray and does have a lot of orange peel.  A good color sand and buffing would be in order.  Mechanically the truck is great.  Has a 350 Chevy engine and 350 automatic transmission and the body is sitting on an 82 GMC chassis with power steering and power brakes.  The bed has been shortened 6 inches and the top was chopped 4 inches.  That was all done by the previous owner and he did a great job.
Door handles are shaved and it has door poppers which work great.  Has power windows as well.
I bought this truck in Iowa about a year ago and flew out and drove it home to Phoenix.  No problems and it was a blast.  But, the previous owner built the truck about 14 years ago and only put about 3000 miles on it during that time so I had the truck gone through.  The mileage listed in this ad is the mileage since the build.  I have no idea how many miles are actually on the truck.   Here is a partial list of what I have done or had done to the truck, which cost me a total of about K:
My local shop pulled the engine and transmission.  After a partial tear down of the engine the shop saw no reason to rebuild the engine because it was in great shape, so they went through and put in new gaskets, new freeze plugs, new rear main seal, water pump and other things.  If it needed to be replaced it was replaced.
The transmission had a leaking front main seal so it was torn down and found that a rebuild was in order so it was rebuilt.
I installed new upper and lower control arms and coil springs in front as well as Bilstein shocks all the way around.
New brakes with a new booster and master cylinder.
    New radiator and fuel pump.
    New battery.
Installed LED headlights with the amber halo for turn signals.
Installed new single din radio with pop up double din screen.
Installed a push button start.  Ignition circuit is open and closed via a hand held remote.  Works great.
    Had windows tinted.
    New tires and wheels.
    Had windows tinted.
More that I can't think of.  The drivetrain and wheels and tires have less than 100 miles on them.  Basically I had this work done and have driven the truck a few times since but have been working on other projects.
This is a great truck and I would not hesitate to get in it right now and drive it across the country. Here is a link to a YouTube video I made today of the truck:

I have the truck advertised locally so I reserve the right to close the auction early if it sells.  Buyer is responsible for shipping but I will be happy to coordinate with your shipper.
