Selling a 1988 Toyota 4Runner SR5 4x4 5-Speed. (See below for additional photos) Grey exterior,Grey upholstery interior. Always garaged since 1992, currently has 203k miles. The 4Runner looks great in person, it’s not cosmetically perfect but definitely in good used original condition for a 1988 model. Please examine pictures carefully for condition. Body panels are solid and not rusted out like so many are. Automatic locking hubs/4x4 2-speed transfer case shifts smoothly. 5 Speed Manual Transmission. 3.0 V6 runs and drives 75+mph but currently idles low, a tune up probably wouldn’t hurt because it’s been sitting unused. Working cruise control and gauge cluster. Original cassette/radio and speakers work and sound good. Driver and passenger power windows both go up and down smoothly. No rips or tears in the original seats, still comfortable. Seatbelts in great condition. The seats have not been shampooed, neither has the carpet. Windshield wipers and squirters work. Exterior paint is not faded or flaking, still shines and would shine better if buffed or detailed. Front grille needs headlight trim surround on both sides (see pictures). *Hood latch needs adjusted or fixed to latch fully, only latches with safety hook. Hood has a small “dimple”dent that I don’t want to go unmentioned. Hopefully you can see it in the pictures, it’s small but there. *Rear window is included but is currently taken out and will need to be reinstalled, window mount needs to be replaced. The removable roof has never been removed and looks great. Has factory roll bar inside. All windows and front windshield are in excellent condition. Also chrome trim is in great condition. Factory sunroof and latch is clean, also both overhead lights work. *Body damage on the passenger may be lessened with dent removal efforts. Driver door and both front-rear panels are in good shape. Has rear hitch receiver and straight rear chrome bumper with minimal surface rust. Being sold AS-IS with no warranty of any kind. Feel free to ask questions before bidding or purchasing.
