How Our Machines Are Refurbished
Initial Evaluation -
Machine is evaluated to make sure it is qualified to be refurbished
Cleaning -
Machine is thoroughly cleaned with hot water power washer and cleaning detergent
Repairing & Replacing -
All electrical and mechanical components are tested and any found to be failing or not working are either repaired if possible or replaced if needed.
Detailing -
The machine is detailed in order to remove as many cosmetic defects as possible and to give it a nice shine.
Final Testing -
The machine is tested for 30 minutes and after that it is secured to a pallet, wrapped up and sent on its way!

Who we are and what we do-
We are a janitorial supply store and floor equipment repair center for all major brands of floor equipment.
We also sell many different types of pads, brushes, parts and chemicals for your machines. As an added bonus we offer a 10% discount on all pads, brushes, parts and chemicals for customers who buy a machine from us!
Warranty-
All machines are in working condition when they leave our shop and will be ready to use immediately upon delivery. However, please remember that these machines are used, and despite our best efforts, sometimes you may still encounter problems with any piece of floor equipment. Because of this we are extending a 6 month parts warranty on all our used floor equipment unless otherwise stated. This warranty will replace any non-wearable inoperable part and the customer will be responsible for shipping back the defective part.  A credit card deposit will be taken before the warranty
part is sent out and the deposit will be refunded once the defective part arrives back to Performance
Systems.
Payment-
We accept all major credit cards & PayPal. We would appreciate prompt payment, as we will do our best to get you the machine as quickly as possible.
Returns-
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions for the first 30 days after the sale of the machine.
Buyer will pay for return shipping and there will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.
Machine must be returned on a secured pallet, not hanging over the pallet or broken through in any way to prevent damage in shipping. All accessories that came with the unit must be returned and machine cannot be damaged in any way which will be at the discretion of one of our technicians. Once the machine has been inspected and is determined to be in the same condition as originally sent out, a refund will be issued. If machine has been damaged in any way, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the repair and replacement of any parts at list cost.

Due to the fact we ship many items all over the country we have negotiated highly discounted shipping rates with many different brokers. We are happy to extend those rates to our customer. If you need a quote please send us your information including zip code, business or residential delivery, and if there is a loading dock or not. Once the best rate for your location is found, you will be contacted and informed of the rate. Local pickup is free and welcome. You may also set up your own shipping. All machines will come secured to a large pallet and wrapped for safe transport. Please note that on many machines shipping is free to a dock in lower 48 states if you use “Buy it Now” option.
