VINTAGE ROLLING ROCK CHALKWARE PIECE.  COLORS ARE GOOD.  IT LOOKS LIKE THERE ARE SOME CRACKING, THE HEAD MAY HAVE BEEN REPAIRED OR ITS A CRACK.  I AM UNSURE.
SHIPPING IS CALCULATED BY EBAY BASED ON MY INPUT OF WEIGHT, SIZE OF PACKAGE AND THE LOCATION ITS BEING SHIPPED FROM AND TO.  I DO NOT ADD ADDITIONAL FEES OR HANDLING CHARGES.  I CANNOT CHANGE SHIPPING DUE TO THESE INPUTS.

Ebay calculates the shipping based on size and weight of box, plus destination.  I am in Maryland so for you further out, that may be why shipping is more expensive.
